Directions: The purpose of this survey is to determine if your participation in Excellence Girls’ Club, Inc. © (EGC) has had long term effects which have assisted you after you graduated from high school. Please be as honest as possible when answering the following questions. Your answers will allow us evaluate the multiple aspects of EGC and allow us to improve the program where possible.
